Ingredients:1 CUP FROZEN RASPBERRIES 10-12 MEDJOOL DATES, PITTED 1 CUP RAW CASHEWS OR NUT OF CHOICE 2 CUPS DESICCATED COCONUT 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE PINCH OF SALT Method: PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO YOUR BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL A SMOOTH, STICKY PASTE FORMS (ADD DASHES OF WARM WATER IF NEEDED TO HELP THE MIXTURE COMBINE, BUT BE CAREFUL TO NOT ADD TOO MUCH OR MIXTURE WILL BECOME TOO WET TO ROLL)USE HANDS TO ROLL INTO BALLS AND PLACE IN FRIDGE TO SET. ONCE SET, DRIZZLE WITH DARK CHOCOLATE AND PLACE BACK IN FRIDGE.
