CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BLISS BALLS - A HEALTHY TREAT!
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 4 TBSP Natural Organic Peanut Butter - 2 TBSP Honey (Rice malt syrup if you prefer) - 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract - Pinch of Salt - 1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate (70%). You can use either chocolate chips or finely chopped dark chocolate
- 1 1/4 Cup Almond Meal (Replace 1/4 Cup with vanilla protein powder if desired)
Place the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, salt and chocolate pieces into a bowl and mix until combined.
Add the almond meal and stir. Use your hands to work the mixture until a dough forms.
Roll your dough into your preferred ball size.
Refrigerate to set.
Makes 8-10 (depending on the size of each ball)
