BANANA-MANGO PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL




SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS:

1 Frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen mango pieces 1/2 cup almond milk 2 tbsp oats 1 scoop protein powder 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp honey


TOPPING INGREDIENTS:

Toppings are completely up to you - some options are:

Shredded Coconut

Fruit of Choice (Banana, Berries, Mango etc)

Cacao Nibs

Granola

Sunflower Seeds

Chopped Walnuts

Protein Ball Finely Chopped

Blend until smooth, pour into bowl & add a sprinkle of toppings of choice.
